Donna Hassler is Director Emerita of Chesterwood and is an authority on American sculpture.Rick Kendall is Director of Saint-Gaudens National Historical Park and is also responsible for National Park Service parks and programs in the state of Vermont.
This exhibition is co–organized by the American Federation of Arts, Chesterwood, a site of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Saint–Gaudens Memorial in partnership with the Saint–Gaudens National Historical Park. Cody Mejeur is a game scholar, developer, player, and activist whose work focuses on trans, queer, and feminist studies and social justice in video games and new media.

The Art of Game Design
Campers will learn all about the game design process for creating analogue (board and card) games and basic digital games. Students will make their own games and complete working versions of them by the end of camp.

Instructor:
Cody Mejeur is Assistant Professor of Game Studies at the University at Buffalo. They have published on teaching with games, identity in games, and video game narratives and player experiences, and they are currently the game director for Trans Folks Walking, a narrative game about trans experiences. Their research has been featured at many international conferences and events, including the Society for Cinema and Media Studies and Pictoplasma, and their games have been exhibited at Science Gallery Detroit and Meaningful Play. They are Director of the Narrative for Social Justice (N4SJ) Initiative with the International Society for the Study of Narrative and work with the LGBTQ Video Game Archive on preserving and visualizing LGBTQ representation. They are editor at One Shot: A Journal of Critical Games & Play and serve as Diversity Officer for the Digital Games Research Association.

Sound Bath
Founder and CEO of SoundEmbrace LLC, Danielle Hall is shifting perspectives around empowerment while leading a team of trained Sound Practitioners to elevate the sound healing industry, and serving the mental health and wellness of our communities. With over a decade of experience in the field, Danielle has worked with adults and children transitioning through various traumas including PTSD, depression, sexual abuse, digestive issues, and physical pain, using specific sound tools and techniques to facilitate change in the health and wellbeing of her clients. Currently working on her Masters in Holistic Health, Danielle has her Certification in Sound Healing Therapy and has worked with Hospitals, Corporate Wellness Programs, Therapy Centers, and Non Profits. As a member of the American Public Health Association, and the Georgia Health Association she has spoken on platforms educating on how sound as a therapy is a non–invasive complementary approach to wellness. Danielle is also an advocate for musicians’ rights as an Associate Member of the Recording Academy. She has been named a “Pioneer in the Sound Healing Industry” by the Shift Network and interviewed on CNN, Fox 5, and 11Alive.
