Elvis’ America: 1956

Elvis’ America: 1956 is an eight part series of lectures that takes as its broadest topic mid-twentieth century America, its popular culture and the social and political atmosphere from which it emerged. The series is public programming related to
Elvis at 21:New York to Memphis.

Third Thursday Late Nights

JCSM welcomes everyone to join our Third Thursday: Late Night programs. The museum stays open late to provide exciting programming and a chance to tour the galleries from 5-8pm. Programs are followed by a reception and wine tasting by
Gus’ Fine Wine and Beer or cash bar.

Southern Circuit brings talented independent filmmakers and their groundbreaking films to communities throughout the South. The nation’s only regional tour of independent filmmakers, the program encourages audiences to engage filmmakers about their work through post-screening discussions and special events.
