On Thursday, February 13, we’re hosting an exclusive pre-show dinner at Luster. Dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m. and conclude at 6:45 p.m., allowing plenty of time for you to travel across the street for the evening’s performance.
Patrons can choose from one of three delicious prix fixe menu options—each complete with a salad, entrée and dessert—for only $28 per person.
Choose from one of the following pre-show dinner options:
Farmhouse salad with artisan mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, shredded cheddar cheese and diced Auburn Meat Lab summer sausage with herb ranch dressing
Pan-seared bone-in chicken breast served with roasted rainbow carrots, asparagus tips, au gratin potatoes and roasted chicken jus
Classic crème brûlée
Magnolia salad with spring mix lettuce, mandarin oranges, sliced strawberries, avocado slices and balsamic dressing
Pacific Coast salmon seared with clover honey and pineapple juice over Caribbean rice with roasted red pepper and broccolini
New York cheesecake with fig jam
Classic caesar salad with romaine lettuce, croutons, caesar dressing and parmesan crisp
Slow-braised beef short ribs smothered in Cajun vegetables over stone-ground gouda cheese grits
Chocolate molten cake with vanilla crème anglaise
A chef’s choice vegetarian option is also available.
