My research inquiry is centered on metacognition (thinking about thinking). Within the scope of this interest, I bridge art and science, primarily through drawing, to consider the role of the brain, mind, and consciousness in constructing one’s everyday reality. I am currently involved in a collaborative research project titled Drawing and Cognitive Neuroscience. The project aims to determine if there are connections between brain plasticity and learning to draw.
