Arts on the Hill

Join us to celebrate Arts & Humanities Month! We will begin at 3 p.m. with a photography exhibition by Frank Uhlig. A special performance by the Auburn University/Community Orchestra will begin at 4 p.m.
The event is free, open to the public, and family-friendly. Bring a chair or blanket. Parking onsite is limited; street parking is available.

Our second Third Thursday poetry reading of the fall will be September 21 and will feature Southern Illinois University poet Allison Joseph, author of a number of poetry collections and editor of CRAB ORCHARD REVIEW.
The program will be at the Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art at Auburn University. The museum café will open at 5, and the reading will begin at 6:30 with a brief open mic reading, followed by Joseph’s reading. Books will be available for sale and signing following the reading.
