Artist Statement

Incorporating an interdisciplinary practice that combines sculpture, photography, and performative actions, I aim to visualize systems of social organization. Recontextualizing utilitarian objects for aesthetic and metaphorical purposes, I question our associations with, and notions of, failure, progress, social hierarchies, and upward mobility in contemporary culture.
