Located on Auburn’s campus with ever-changing art installations, The Jule provides a unique engagement opportunity for university guests and intimate celebrations.

Our 21-22 booking calendar is set with a minimum 90-day to a six-month reservation window. The lead time allows for all necessary approvals by the university for both academic and private events as well as consideration for museum operations. We are unable to entertain requests beyond six months from the date of your event.

The client is responsible for all linens, serving pieces, seating set-up and breakdowns as well as coordinating tent installation with a university-approved tent vendor (if desired). No alcohol may be served unless one of the four pre-approved interim caterers obtains an event(s)-specific liquor license and all necessary documentation for campus approval. Any amplified music or sound also requires pre-approval. All entertainment vendors must provide a certificate of insurance and complete a vendor form.
