Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art offers individuals, businesses, and corporations an exciting environment in which to hold social gatherings, presentations, performances, or meetings. Our refined interior spaces and elegant gardens may be arranged to host a variety of events, meetings, seminars, wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, and recitals. The polished travertine lobby and rotunda, spacious grand gallery, modern restaurant, open terrace, and lush gardens are designed to accommodate standing receptions or seated dining. The auditorium, with state-of-the-art AV capabilities, is equipped to accommodate small or large meetings, performances or presentations. Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art does not rent its facility to organizations or individuals raising money for other non-profits.
Included in your rental fee, JCSM provides 150 white wooden folding chairs, round and rectangle dining tables, glass top cocktail tables, silverware, white china, glassware, two 48” cake tables, and wooden bars with bar backs. JCSM Event Team will happily set up and clean up all equipment provided by JCSM at no additional fee.
