Check out new exhibitions, see sculptures in the gardens or just enjoy the quiet. The museum makes a great casual date, catching up with friends or a study break. Plus, with free admission, complimentary coffee and tea and 10% off in the Museum Store, it’s easy on the wallet.

Students can make the most of their time at Auburn by getting involved with The Jule on a deeper level. There are volunteer and student employment opportunities as well as the possibility for joint programming around the museum’s exhibitions and collections,

All hiring announcements are posted on the university employment site. Recruitment cycles begin in the spring, with candidates available in the fall.

Our student employees warmly welcome and engage visitors in our lobby, store, and galleries and assist with events hosted at the museum. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.

Guides create a welcoming, visitor-centered experience by asking questions and using conversation to seek new perspectives. Students may work on different projects, including assisting with PreK-12 tours and other visitors. For more, contact J.E. Morgan, Ph.D., Academic Engagement Manager.

The Jule is actively seeking student input to better connect with campus life. A Student Advisory Board comprising 10-15 students may work on special projects, like student-focused programs or exhibition interpretation.
