Compressed shaped Yixing teapot in buff color. One side of the body features an engraved landscape with hut and river in Literati style; the other side has an engraved text reads: "Shi qing yun wei rong, Mu Han qian bei lao xian sheng ya wan, Wan Xu Renqiang jing zeng." (Poetry prides itself in emotion and melody. A gift for your elegant hobby, Mr. Muhan, from your young admirer, Xu Renqiang, with respect." The lid has a bamboo design in relief and the finial is shaped as bamboo sprig.
