CV.pdfMy current body of video work is an amalgamation of linking the past with a synthetic representation of idealistic form.  By taking traditional paintings and sculpture and incorporating geometric forms and language from video games, it becomes a tethering moment and one that is about experiencing a reality that is taught and felt.  Taught – being the relationship between history and philosophy, where being felt lies within memory and introspection.  Ultimately, I want to question how we judge based on experience and sentimentality and how these dictate our emotional responses to art, a distillation of universal and self-truths.
